Refinished rosewood veneered case with a small chip on one of the octagon segments, a couple chips on the drop box front molding, and a piece missing on the back edge. Original painted dial with scattered paint loss on the raised outer edge. Original hands. Nice label inside the case. Ht 22 1/2"

the case retains its original finish with a horizontal split repair to the top crest. The dials have been repainted. The tablet is original. Although this is similar to Maranville's patent calendar, Gilbert deleted Maranville's patented feature (key advance of the date ring) and manufactured this model without paying Maranville a royalty. Walnut and walnut veneered case in an old finish. Original paper dial has age darkened with some surface abrasion and staining. Original hands and pendulum. Nice label inside the case. Overall nice example. Ht 32"

although the case has been refinished, this clock otherwise is a nice example of this model. There are some tears and losses to the paper over zinc dials, but only wear commensurate with the age of the clock. Original hands, dial, tablet, pendulum, etc. Ht 34Ó

The case retains its original finish. The painted dial is original with no paint loss. The hands are original The movement is signed. The bezel glass is original as is the lower door tablet. There is one small dented area on the outer right side of the bezel. Overall, a very nice example of this clock. Ht 26Ó.
