C.1880, F. Kroeber, New York, "Batavia', walnut parlor clock in good condition.

Double labels on the rear, instruction label with some pieces missing, model label OK. Original tablet. Mostly original finish has been rubbed out and touched up. The original porcelain dial has some chips around the winding arbors, apparently from where the strike ratchet failed. The strike ratchet wheel was replaced and fit too tightly into the great wheel, so it is nearly impossible to wind that side (time side works fine and clock runs). You will need to use this as a timepiece until you correct left winding arbor. Note fancy indicator pendulum with black scale. An uncommon and desirable clock; Height 19.6'
