This clock comes with the original sales slip from Longs Jeweler's, dated 1949 in the amount of $270 (roughly $2500 in today's dollars). The scrolls got knocked off and have been reglued (OK job but you can tell on inspection), and there are other nicks and scrapes. Escutcheon around door lock missing too. The movement appears to have been serviced and it is running and striking. Retains original Chelsea key and finials. In pristine condition, I would expect this to bring around $900; our reserve reflects condition; Height 25" Reserve $500
