an advertising clock on base. This is a Chelsea "Comet" model with 2 " dial, on the same base as the "Corvette", but with a bronze statue of a foundry worker pouring molten metal into a mold. The dial was specially engraved by Chelsea and says: Arcade, THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR QUALITY. And then the bronze plaque below repeats the name of the company, with the added line: Over 100 Years of Continuous Service. Note the clock is fully wound and not running, although it appears to be complete and untouched. Width 9", height 5". Difficult to estimate
