Case is rosewood with carved ripple decoration, and retains a nice patina and finish. The original etched glass tablet depicts a heart. Very nice label, and painted metal dial signed J.C. Brown, Forestville, CT Eight-day time-and-strike, spring-driven, brass movement. An excellent example. Height: 18 3/4 inches, Width: 10 inches Provenance: ex-collection of Peter Zaharis, Ithaca, NY
