Mahogany carved and turned acanthus base with fruit and pineapple carved columns. Several pencil inscriptions inside the door regarding ownership. Case retains old finish with beautiful patina. Painted metal dial, attached to movement. Painted chapter ring dial attached to door. Eight-day time-and-strike, weight-driven, brass movement.
