Figured mahogany case with free standing pillar, scrolled top with wood finials and original finish. Original green/blue painted interior. Beautiful painted wooden dial. Eight-day, time only, weight-driven, brass movement. Provenance taped to inside of clock - belonged to Joseph Sargent (See p. 110 in Horological Americana for nearly identical example) Height: 38 inches; Width: 12 1/2 inches Ex-collection of Peter Zaharis, Ithaca, NY
