E. Ingraham "Iota", ca 1881. This is one in a series of round top, round bottom clocks, made by Ingraham in the late 1800's. This particular model is not shown in any of the company trade catalogs, or catalogs by Tran Duy Ly or Ehrhardt's. It is a little more fancy than the others models. The movement is 8 day, strikes hours and half hours on a coil wire gong. There is a round black label inside, original old dial and pendulum. The rosewood case is 19 inches high. It has been serviced and is running. See Ly-Ingraham, page 139 for similar clocks.
