The 12" wooden dial with Roman numerals and original brass hands. Signed Thom & Jno. Fardon Dedington. With glazed concave section bezel. 8 day fusee movement with long tapered plates. Original anchor escapement and pendulum holdfast. With side doors and bottom door for regulation. scratched on movement: "Thos. Fardon 4th March 1796". "T F 1804" in same hand. Also A.R.James Brixham 11/17 E Bartlett 20 Jersey St Brighton 24.11.52" Size: Diameter 38.4cm
