The old oak case is 50 inches high, 22 inches wide. A very heavy 8 day, 2 weight, timepiece. Has dead beat escapement, retaining power, solid polished movement frames, and is running fine. A very nice painted dial, original wafer weights that descend down each side of the case. Correct Waterbury bob, signed beat scale, and most of the black label inside the case. The weights are strung with catgut. One of two door hooks missing. That is the only thing wrong I can find. Ly-Waterbury No.573.
