39 inch oak case has had most of the black smoke and tar removed, leaving the natural grain and stain in the old case. All original except a well made and matched top. The old paper dials were shot and were replaced by the Dial House. Otherwise a very nice old clock There are 3 almost complete labels on the back and a black label inside the case. 8 day, half hour gong strike, running. We have noticed that calendars similar to this one, are going as high as $4000 in some auctions. Ly-Waterbury No.277.
