"Rodney Brace, North-Bridgewater, Mass." 30 hour wood movement, strikes an iron bell. Full label, period weights, pendulum, hands and dial which is flaking. Outstanding replaced glass by Moberg. Large mahogany veneered case at 35 1//2 inches high. Has flat columns, OG cornice top, maple trim. There is only one small veneer chip-on top. Large bun feet, ivory escutcheon but door lock is missing. The knob was probably added later. This large, and unusual case, has been well maintained.
