"Jeromes & Darrow, Bristol, Conn". 8 day wood movement with ivory bushings, strikes an iron bell, has huge old iron weights. Very nice old wood dial, original hands, full label. 36 inch mahogany veneer case near perfect, just crusty, never cleaned. Stenciled columns have been redone, all else original including the finish, cracked mirror, stenciled trim around the mirror, maple accents. The front bracket is split. Note the paper glued to the back covering the tin backing the wood movement. It is from "The Young Reaper", published by the American Baptist Publication Society, May 1, 1868.
