Called a mirrorside by most folks today. 8 day, running, strikes half hours on a cathedral gong. Original Ansonia beat scale and pendulum with a slow-fast dial, original glass, dial, and silver cupids on the sides. The spikes in the cupids are slightly bent so they are not all the way in their slot. Bronze ornaments, top and base, Ansonia key. 24 1/2 inch black walnut case, burl look around the base. Extremely nice and all original. Definitely a keeper. Had been part of a fine collection for many years. Ly-Ansonia No.1772.
