the one major restoration is the new glass with "Fashion" in foil and gold paint. Clock is complete with both black-gold directions label and tan "no-oil" label. The original roller covers are a bit dark. There is some loss of paint on the time dial above the center shaft. Gold incising in the front mask is good. All 3 hands are original. The 3 finials are custom replacements to proper dimensions, with minor flaws (really look fine, just need to be accurate). The 8-day movement strikes on a gong with a nickel plated base. Original nickeled damascene pendulum and beat index. A nice example of a No. 5. Height 32 inches
