The cherry case is not the usual wood used. They advertised their cabinet clocks as beingmade of mahogany. The case has carved panels top and bottom. The bottom panelis a removable insert giving access to the pendulum. One corner of the carveddoor is chipped. Case is 14.5" high, half columns, rail on top, an excellentfull label on the back, and an American dial with brass rings. Clock is runningand striking properly. This model is listed in the companyÕs illustratedsales catalog of 1888-1889.
