This clock was made about 1854, according to the history of the company. Ebony painted wood case is 12.5" high, two original stubby finials on each side of the Gothic top. Etchings and grooves top to bottom, filled with gold. Glass with good designs remaining, is original. Same with the old paper dial. 30 hour, time and alarm movement, is running. Even the pendulum is correct. The only fault I see is the door latch is missing.
