One day time and alarm. The balance spring movement will run if coaxed, but not for long. Cleaning and oil is needed. The bell for the alarm is on the base. Nice porcelain dial has the time dial on top and alarm dial below, signed by Ansonia. Hands original, good beveled glass in front. Back door has had some repairs to the hinge and latch. With the handle up, the clock is 5.75" high, heavily etched and with molded designs all over. Originally the case was finished in rich gold, now dirty, worn in places, some gold still intact. Ly-Ansonia No. 197.
