Here is another super walnut case, 21 inches high, lightly cleaned. The cleaning person didnÕt get real serious as the cracks and grooves are still filled with 120 years accumulated grime. None the less, looks fine as it is. This old clock has the original paper dial, one piece covers all, hands, pendulum, everything original. No energy was spent inside the case. I removed the backboard to check it out and my allergies immediately went haywire. Now, itÕs all there, and working fine, but it just has to be cleaned and checked out. It doesnÕtlook like it has ever had a bushing installed. 8 day movement strikes a blackbell (brass). It may be dirty but it is original. Ly-Calendar No. 349.
