We could not find this exact plate in the Horolovar Repair guide (10th Edition), but the closest one is 1388A. Ours has one less hole in the center of the backplate. Fork, top block and suspension wire are absent, also one hold-down screw for the movement. Wheels intact. Height 11 inches
