Walnut case in very good condition, lightly cleaned, not refinished. I wouldn't do anything else except rub it with some NuLife or other polish occasionally. Good original finials with adequate tips. The original black dials are very good, rollers the same. Two labels inside, one black and gold "directions" and the other is the "no oil" label. The original hands are nickel plated, nickel dial rings, nickel damascened long pendulum and the index scale down at the bottom. All the inside parts, large Seth Thomas 8 day movement, cathedral gong, calendar mechanism, all working properly. No glaring problems to the outside case or inside parts. A very good example of the hard to find, No. 6. Ly-Seth Thomas, page 66.
