Condition: Oak case clock in very clean condition with original finish with residue from frequent polishing. There are indications there May have been two finials behind the front two on the bottom that May be missing, however the catalog shows only the front 2, and there are screws in these holes that hold the base on; so you be the judge; we would leave it. The paper dial has been replaced on the original dial pan. Hands and pendulum are original. Hour and half-hour brass striking movement on a deep toned gong. There is an engraved plaque with the name "M. L. Sheehan, New York" mounted below the dial, and a related repair label from Sheehan in the bottom of the case, dated 1912, and a charge of $2.25. Sheehan Jewelers were prominent retailers of clock in NY, located on 8th Ave. Includes original Ingraham key. Height 40 inches
