C.1850, Edw. Lashley, Clerkenwell [London], 2-fusee drop octagon wall clock, oak case with removable hood.

Condition: The oak case is generally in good condition, split in rear board and some loose glue joints, but it is all there. The movement is original to the case, but part of the seatboard has split away and it doesn't want to set just right for running; this is all solvable. Suspension spring needs re-newing; minute hand may be replaced. Painted dial is original, with some flakes. The pendulum is approx 24". Overall an interesting size clock, well made, that will restore nicely. Height 45 inches
