William Leach mantle clock with 30-hour wood works
It looks like 'the dam has burst' with regard to the number of rare clocks that an old friend of ours is currently consigning to OLD TIMERS! This particular clock was made in Easton, Pennsylvania by William Leach who is one of the only known labeled makers of Pennsylvania mantle clocks. The 30-hour wood works is of the Terry No. 5 Style possibly by Chauncey Jerome. It's unlikely that we will ever have another clock by this maker in our inventory and most collectors will probably never even see one...so, grab it quickly if you appreciate a SUPER RARE Pennsylvania wooden works mantle clock. The lower door glass is also original to the clock with quite a bit of flaking around the border but retaining intact the all-important scene in the center of the glass. Take a look at our photographs then call in your credit card information (717) 761-1908 to secure this exceptionally desireable and rare clock. Height: 29 in. (73.66 cm) Depth: 5 in.
