International Time Recording Co. wall regulator. It has a good running 8-day movement that may have been made by Seth Thomas. It is identical to the large "A" plate movement made by ST. The unsigned movement is mounted on a massive cast iron base that also serves as a dial mount and pendulum hanger. It has a Graham adjustable pallet dead beat escapement and two large mainsprings (3/4 inches wide). The golden oak case is 36 inches tall, has a carved headpiece, upper door, and ears on the sides. Lock missing from the upper door. A knob latch secures bottom door. The case has old glass, top and bottom, and a reverse painted "Regulator". The pendulum bob is nickel plated, as is the dial ring.
