We acquired these Fashions in a large collection of very nice clocks. This particular clock was in the same family from 1878 until 2001. It is one of the nicest and most original Fashion's I have seen. The dials were expertly repainted but otherwise everything else appears to be original. The finials are glued in and I think will pop out easily but I don't want to break them trying. Both movements were made by Seth Thomas as are all Fashion's 1 thru 8. 32 inches walnut case, 8 day bell strike, correct pendulum, and glass. Ly- Calendar, page 286.
