Condition: Rosewood and rosewood veneered case in very nice condition with an original finish, restoration of the top finials (new rosewood finials with proper profile), and small veneer repair on the bottom front corner, plus a single hole through the back. There is a small spot of lifted veneer on each side of the back edge of the top. Patti movement is original to the case. Painted dial is very nicely done, to proper scale, but is a modern replacement. Hands are replacements also, and the proper type. Door glass is original. Pendulum is new, from China, proper copy of Welch sandwich glass pend.. Nice label on the back of the case. In original condition, this would have sold for $2000. Height 18.5 inches
