Condition: there is some minor edge rust on mov't screws, will clean off OK, otherwise this clock is in excellent original condition, well maintained by Mr. Blackwell, and with his record of cleanings inside the clock. Interestingly the movement is signed with proper Howard logo, and then instead of a serial number, the letters EXP for experimental, 59 for the model, and the date 3-19-76. The rear of the dial is signed in pencil by Dana as follows: "Prototype Experimental, DJB". As Vice-President and head of quality control, Dana insisted on the highest standards, and when this model went into production the following year, it was limited to 1000 clocks. Height 46 inches
