30-hour, weight-driven, wooden works. Polychrome-painted, Dayton, OH wooden dial, Arabic numbers, flowers in spandrels and center. Mahogany case with half-columns, scroll-cut and stenciled scroll-cut splat, flanked by plain plinths. Ivory inlaid diamond escutcheon, but original mirrored tablet is broken. 33.5" high x 17.25" wide x 4.5" deep.Ex Paul A. Heffner Collection.As above, and surface scrubbed resulting in paint loss to crest and columns, other veneer damage, replaced door pull and hands; else Fair.
