the case has been refinished and the dial re-papered. This is an unusual model, shown in the 1883 catalog as a master clock to send signals, however this case never had electrical terminals, and retains original mov't, double mounted with both feet and seatboard, plus orig dial pan with no top slot. The movement has damasceen plates and dead-beat escapement, weight cord goes up over a pulley in top of case and down the rt side. Runs briskly. See Ly's New Haven book, page 151. Both the Std Time 1 and 2 came either weight or spring. Ht 45"
