top and scrolls totally replaced; feet and skirt OK. Mov't is original to the case, a little stabilizer brace added to the top to keep it in place. Label is excellent, with some added stickers identifying repairs starting in 1946. Pendulum and weights are period, as are the hands. The original tablet has quite a bit of loss in the center of the tablet, but the borders are very good and it could be restored. A small piece of the ivory escutcheon is missing. Ticks robustly. In 1989 the clock was cleaned by the famous Mr. Bates, British Clockmaker in VT, his sticker glued into bottom. Ht 32"
