Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in an older finish. There are a couple veneer repairs on the door. The feet, skirt and scrolls have been restored. Tablet has been restored. Original dial in nice condition. Label inside appears to be a copy.

Mahogany and mahogany veneered with curly maple trim in nice condition. The feet have a couple of repairs where they were cracked. One scroll tip has been repaired. The original painted dial has significant loss and will need serious attention. It deserves proper restoration, not repainting. Tablet has been restored in place. A very nice clean label inside. Nice set of period finials.

Mahogany and mahogany veneered case has birds eye maple sides and the strip behind the columns in an old finish.The top, feet and skirt have been restored. Dial has been repainted. Finials are modern, but proper Seth Thomas type. A text on the back of the dial states the clock was restored by Fraser Forgie of Fryeburg, Maine and sold in 1974. Tablet was painted by Tom Moberg.

Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneered case has repaired scroll tips, replaced feet and small veneer loss near the bottom door hinge. Tablet is replaced. Original painted dial is in nice condition with some fading of the green flower stems and small loss a the winding arbors. Original hands. Wooden finials have some age, but are replacements.
Elmer O. Stennes, Weymouth, Mass., 8 day, time and strike, spring brass movement pillar & scroll shelf clock. It is alleged this is the last clock Stennes made before going to prison.
Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in old and possibly original finish in nice condition. The reverse painted tablet has a date from person who painted the glass and looks to read 1969. Clean label inside.

Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in nice condition in an old and possibly original finish. A great set of ORIGINAL period finials are included. A small piece of the half round molding on the upper left corner is missing and the left chimney cap has a small piece missing. Original movement. Original painted dial has some wear to the chapter ring, but is in otherwise nice condition. Original tablet has scattered loss. Upper glass is cracked. Original scrolls, feet and hands. Right side return is missing. Key escutcheon looks replaced. Clean label inside.

A very nicely made mahogany and mahogany veneered example of this unique clock originally made by Eli Terry. The movement is a little different in that he used cherry instead of oak for his plates. George made 100 of these and this case is stamped "2 ".

Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in an old finish has a couple veneer repairs on the base, some small damage at the chimney blocks and one of the caps. The scrolls appear to have been reveneered. Original painted dial in very nice condition. The original roller pinion movement has some restoration. Original hands. Bottom tablet is replaced, but proper style. Clean label inside.
