The case is in near mint condition with only slight signs of use. The glass appears to be original but is not real wavy since by this time (1920's) production glass was much improved over the glass made before 1900. Original 12 inch silvered dial is marked official time, Western Union. Vibratory type "F" movement is running and keeping good time using "D" flashlight batteries. The case is 16 inches in diameter at the back, 14 inches on the top, and is 5 inches deep.
