That notation was copied from the original painted dial. Just below the dial is a label/sticker that says in part, "International Business Machines Corp.". This time clock is a little on the rough side, very dirty, has never been cleaned, and definitely has been in operation in a smoky factory for several years. The big negative is a broken glass; otherwise it has all its operating parts. Large heavy duty pendulum bob, a large winding key, not the correct one but will wind the clock. It is missing the door key. The oak case is 31" high, missing a lot of the finish. It needs to be cleaned of the old finish and start over with some stain, then polish.
