Lyre form banjo clock attributed to Aaron Willard Boston with applied Aaron Willard signature weight driven time only wall clock, c1825 period movement drilled for fillister screws now held in place by machine screws, solder repair to click spring, period dial with later Aaron Willard signature is not original to the case (original dial holes have been filled with wood filler), repainted tablets, period iron weight, period gesso covered gilt eagle, period brass strap on lower baffle, case with old restorations to gold leaf (showing some wear) maybe 60 years ago.
