French carriage clock for J.E. Caldwell and Co., Philadelphia, 8 day, time only, spring driven movement in brass and beveled glass corniche style case, c1890 with associated leather travel case the platform escapement is a replacement and ticks and stops. The dial is in good condition with no hairlines. The case has a minor dent near left rear foot with an engraved presentation to "E.L. Stanton" on front. Ht 5 3/4" to top of handle
