Samuel Emerson Root, Bristol Conn., made this little balance wheel movement mounted on a wood backboard, and it is housed in a heavy and fancy Muller N.Y. No. 81B case. The paper dial has darkened, the original patina is worn, and the bezel glass is absent. It ticks but needs cleaning. Ht 7 3/4"
