the clock retains an excellent original finish with excellent detail to rosewood graining. The weight baffle is absent. The papered dial is in excellent original condition with slight deterioration around mounting screws, which is not visible when bezel is closed. There are two screws in the dial flanking signature that do not set into any interior surface. The reverse painted tablet is in very good condition. Wallace Goodwin (1811-1881) was listed as a clock manufacturer in the 1860 census of Attleboro, Mass. Ht 29"
