the clock is in original condition with vertical hairline in candlestick running the length and some wood absent from lip of wooden base. These clocks were NOT made by the Terry Clock Co. or S. B. Terry as often claimed. They were manufactured by Samuel N. Botsford in a business he formed called the Union Labor Company at Southington, CT between 1857 and 1864. Height with dome, 11 1/2"
