Brewster & Ingrahams, Bristol, Conn., steeple or "Sharp Gothic" mantel clock, 8 days, time and strike, Kirk's Patent repeating brass movement with cast iron back plate in a mahogany veneer case, painted metal dial and etched lower glass, c1844 the case retains an old finish, rubbed down. There is minor veneer flaking to lower left side and base. The dial appears to be an old repaint. Ht 20"
