Rosewood veneered case in original finish and very nice condition. Small chip under upper door frame. Original tablet with some loss. Original painted dial with some loss at the mounting screws and the winding arbor. Hands are period but may not be original. Interesting card label from a Marion. MA jeweler tacked inside. This case (with brass top bezel and wood bottom one) was patented by Noah L. Brewster. The movement was made by Noah Pomeroy (according to one with a tag dated 1890 - when Pomeroy was still alive). Ht 17.75".
