the heavy bronze case retains an old slightly worn patina, but the silvered chapter rings are fine. There are initials, "J.H.Jr." on the front top, and on the rear is engraved "From Mr. & Mrs. J.R.S. and Mr. & Mrs. J.H.3rd". Ticks and sets. Thermometer's mercury is intact. Ht standing 4"
