Mahogany veneer case retains some original finish with a few minor veneer chips. The wood dial has been repainted. The minute hand is original, but the old hour hand may not be. The top glass is original. The original middle "Temple of Liberty" glass has some paint loss. The lower glass of the Smithsonian Institute is in excellent condition. Ht 32 1/2".
