the case retains most of its original finish rubbed down and the carved throat has an age split. The tablets are old repaints. The dial has minor inpaint near 11 and has a good original signature. The pendulum bob and weight are replacements and the tie down is absent. The movement crutch has replaced by a more modern brass one. Overlooking these few minor blemishes, this is a nice example of an early pre-factory lyre time piece. Ht 41Ó
