the movement and case are by association. Bailey usually used brass or painted dials, but this dial is original to the movement and the signature looks correct, as on the other John Bailey skeletonized movements known. Dial decoration is copied from a c1790is English dial. It has significant flaking. The broken arch top is later on the case. Ht 95" Width 20"
