the black painted iron round base has small chips, but the detailed figure is in very nice condition other than the feathers on his hat are broken off and absent. The signed paper dial has toned and is scuffed at the bottom. The swinging arm has old surfaces with some wear, and there is a stress split in the thin formed brass round head (very common) and small dents around the front bezel. The signed movement ticks but was not tested long term. Overall Ht 20 1/2"
