Heavy cast brass case in original condition that has mellowed to a soft gold color has blemishes to the finish on the base. There is slight blemish on the bezel. Original silvered 8.5" dial with raised numbers has a little wear to the chapter ring, a blemish between 5 and 6 o'clock and small scratches at the winding arbors. Original hands. The mahogany base has a couple dings. Included is a certificate of origin from Chelsea issued in Sept, 2000 verifying this clock was shipped to Wright, Kay & Co.
