George Wood Ramage, inventor and patentee of this clock, registered his original design in 1900, and an updated version on which this clock is based, in 1914. Research revealed no significant information on Mr. Ramage or the Geographical Clock Co., and we have seen only one other example, built to the specifications of the earlier patent.
