Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Chicago" City Series shelf clock with an 8 day spring driven time and strike movement in a rosewood case.

The case retains some original finish with no veneer damage. The original painted dial is in good condition. The hands are original. The movement is signed. Both door glasses are original. Clean label inside. A very nice example of this model.

Seth Thomas Clock Co., Plymouth Hollow, Conn., "Octagon Top" model shelf clock with an 8 day spring driven time and strike lyre movement.

The case has a new finish. There are several areas with veneer damage and veneer repairs. The original painted dial has restoration of the numerals. The ST hands appear to be original. The upper door glass and lower tablet are original.

Seth Thomas Clock Co., Plymouth Hollow, Conn., 30 hour, spring brass movement cottage timepiece. This looks to be a prototype or one of the earliest examples as the movement has a brass spring and flower spandrels on the dial.

The door and base moldings are veneered while the rest of the case is grain painted. The movement drilled at the factory for an alarm that was never installed. Minute hand has been repaired. Original painted dial has a small repair and minor loss at the mounting pins. Original mirror and a nice label inside the case. Case is fully grained with minor restoration on the base veneer. Most of gilt border on the doors is intact

(1) Rosewood and rosewood veneered case in very nice condition in original finish. Original painted dial has some yellowing of the shellac or varnish that was applied. Original hands and tablets. Clean label inside the case. Original bone door knobs. Ht 17" (2) Rosewood and rosewood veneered case in original finish. Original paper dial has age darkened. Original hands and pendulum. Partial label inside the case. Ht 17"

Atkins Clock Co., Bristol, Conn., "Octagon Top" Cottage Clock with a 30 hours spring-driven brass timepiece movement in a rosewood veneered case.

The case retains a nice original finish. The original painted dial has flaking at 3:00 and the screw holes. The hands, upper and lower door glasses are original.

Forestville Mfg. Co., J.C. Brown, Bristol, Conn shelf clock with a spring driven 8 day time and strike movement in a ripple front rosewood veneered cottage-style case.

The beautiful rosewood case retains some original finish. The original painted dial has been restored quite some time ago and now has aged, The hands are original. The two door glasses and decoration are original but have had some restoration on the back side. The movement is signed.

Rosewood and stenciled case in original finish with small ding at the top. Stencils are very nicely preserved. Original painted dial has turned yellow in the center from what appears to be a coat of applied varnish. Original hands. Original gold spandrels on the door have a little wear to one of them. Original decal tablet has some loss to the building. A clean label inside the case.

Mahogany case with original finish in good condition with minor scrapes and dings and minor veneer loss at the back of the sides. Original painted dial with minor chips. Original hands. Original pendulum bob. The case has a very good blue label inside the door. Door retains original brass bezel for glass..

S. B. Terry & Co., Terryville, Conn., Cottage clock in a mahogany case. 30 hours, spring driven, timepiece movement with Silas B. Terry's patented torsion escapement, c1853.

Case is in excellent condition with some old finish remaining. The dial is an older repaint. The hands are original. Nearly complete label on back. The movement is signed with patent date of October 5th, 1852. Ht 10 1/4".
