The company's trade catalog of 1928 stated that their banjos would run for 24 hours with a mainspring, even when the electricity was off. I don't think this model would do that. It does run however when electricity is on. It is a good looking 29" walnut case, near perfect, two good original glasses, George Washington and a nautical glass. Silver dial with recessed numerals, convex glass. The dial center revolves when running and a hand indicator shows the seconds elapsed. Brass side rails and eagle. Sangamo clocks are rapidly coming into favor.
